Grade I" semiautomatic .22 LR rifle made in Miroku, Japan for Browning Arms Co, Morgan, UT. It features a 19" take-down barrel, blued finish, checkered walnut buttstock, & checkered forend, blade front sight with brass bead, adjustable sporting flip-up rear sight, magazine tube in the stock, smooth curved trigger, serrated steel buttplate, and push button cross-bolt safety. Receiver is engraved with limited coverage of floral scrolls and edge patterns, the barrel is drilled and tapped for mounting optics. The rifle retains approximately 98% finish with few scattered scratches, and a very small amount of rust. The wood is high gloss and is in good condition with scattered handling marks including minor scratches. Bore is bright with strong rifling. there appears to be a residue on the rifle that has hardened over time, but has been coming off. Manufactured 1983 ('PX' date code).
